Contracted 6 workers for a job, ripped off everyone

I am one of a group of people who was contacted by
Janette Hilton of Le Concierge, LLC with a job - deliver Walkathon pamphlets and be paid $1 per drop. At the end of the job, she was paid by the Walkathon sponsor, Connecticut Fights MS. The agency confirmed that she was paid. But she decided to change the rules of how she wanted deliveries done and decided that none of her crew would be paid.

For a while she was ignoring all phone calls and emails from us. After a few weeks that it took me to track down Ms. Hilton's address as well everyone that worked on the project to see if they were in the same situation, she wrote a brief email saying we would not be paying any of us.
