I had contact Mr Fusco back in Jan 08 in regards to getting the replacement or our pool liner and pool wall that was damaged in 2/04. He had recieved a deposit for the product back in 04. I was in touch with him up till 6/08 when his cell phone was full and not able to recieve any more messages, his home number has been disconnected.
I have spoken to him for 4 yrs in regards to the pool and up till 5/08. He said that he needed to check his schedule to see when he is going to come up my way. He had excuse after excuse.
I had even suggested that we come down to VA to pick up our items if he is unable to get them to me. Finally I told him to send me a refund for my deposit that he had gotten from the insurance company he said he had to look for his papers I did tell him I had all my papers and will fax him a copy. No response.
At this point I don't expect to get my items but I do want my refund back from him that was from an insurance claim.
