These people are scammers, Joe Moffeta, Julio, Juliarisa Minaya - they take your money, then you get a phone call saying that certain papers weren't filled out correctly, BUT luckily Juliarisa Minaya submitted the correct form and signed her name to it because it was faster. When it's time to get your money back you are told that the check was sent to Juliarisa because HER name was on the reimbursement form (of course). Unfortunately, you are told, she quit and they don't know where to find her. I tracked her down, gave them her address/phone# (1001 Grand Concourse, apt B - right Julia?) and asked many many times to correct this situation. After months and months of calling Joe Moffeta every day, I finally some money back - they still owe me over $2500.
I fully realized it was a scam while watching Judge Judy yesterday, who was trying a case exactly like this, exactly the same scenario, exactly the same results. Don't trust these people, they take full advantage of your confusion.
