I paid $7.05 for the basic report only to recieve a link to the search page which contained the same information! There was no new information that came with my money - only the knowledge that this company is a scam.
They do have a "customer no-service" department and I spoke to a real person who kept repeating that they have a "no refund" policy. When I explained that there was no information in their report and therefore, it was null - the refund should have been granted - again, all she could repeat was that they have a "No refund" policy.
I ask - who does that benefit? CERTAINLY NOT The customer. If a company was a good company they would stand by their information. These people are crooks and DO NOT share your good money with them.
