I placed an order online for cigars for $68.02 on November 9th. The items delivered were incorrect so I returned them to Ziggymart and, on their advice, placed a new order (they said this qould be quicker and they would refund me for the original items when they received them).
I placed the second order for cigars for $78.97 on January 8th but never received any cigars.
After 12 months of my emails being ignored, or false promises that the items were being shipped I was told they no longer stock the items. Ziggymart agreed to refund me for both orders but never did.
I have emailed numerous times, phone the company and spoken to employees who promised I would be refunded shortly but this has ever happened.
I am seeking a refund of $146.99 which I am told must be sent by international money order as I am in Ireland. This was promised on July 1st 2009 but I have received nothing and my emails are no longer being replied to.
