My brother inlaw's brother was out of a job and recently sign on with security watch as a salesman in training to become a mgr. At this time to put a few bucks in his pocket and his first sale we decided to get a secuirty system, why not? It's for safety. Well you sign the contract and then they come in and install the units.
The unit kept breaking down from the first couple days on. They kept sending some one out for the first couple of weeks and still it would not work. We asked to cancel the contract. At this time we had to pay them for six months and send a letter. We did but 6 months later we had to pay them again and send another cancel letter. We had the system removed and they are still trying to bill us for use. This company is nothing more than a scam, not only did the equipment not work, not only did they not guarntee the equipment, not only did they not honor canceling the contract, but they did not pay the saleman either.
