All My Sons Moving Company damged my landlords property and now refuses to pay for damages. I have contacted one of the Managers, Al Gonsales, who was downright rude to me. Very unprofessional. Then I dealt with the owner Frank and he has not made good on damages his driver caused. Then I took it to their Corporate headquarters in Texas and they want to pay me for the part, but not to have it installed. On top of that, my landlord had someone come out to look about fixing it and he charged her a service charge. So she is holding my security of $900.00 unitl this get resolved. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and got no results from that. Next is I will have to file with Small Claims. All over an $86.00 part that they could have just been professional enough to fix and move on and had complete customer satisfaction. Now... It is my personal goal to make sure everyone I speak to knows what kind of low class, no ethics business this company is. I can only imagine that if CT. Is like this and Corp. Doesn't want to help me, then the rest of their facilities do business the same way. I also feel this company overcharged me as well. The way they have their contract written and the way they talk you through their estimate on the phone is totally different then when you are done with your move and they collect the charges before they release your furniture. Pretty shady if you ask me. One last thing. When I would call the office and they answered their phone, I would ask whom am I speaking with anf they were afraid to give me their name. What kind of business is afraid to give their name if they are legit and honest??
