I purchased 2 sets of soho hair extensions about 1 month ago from the fayette mall in lexington ky. The sales women put them in my hair for me from out of the packaging and they looked very nice, so i spent a bit looking at them in the mirror and making sure they matched my hair color... Which they did, so i purchased them for $180 (a hefty price).
My problems began just two hours later, the hair was a notted mess and completly unmanagable so i followed direction of brushing them out with a metal bristle brush till they were smooth... Five minutes later they were once again a notted mess (like barbie doll hair) there were MANY more problems with them but I could go on all day so I will leave it at "useless".
I put them back into the packaging and immediatly got on there website and read there return policy and they basically dont have one! It states " due to hygiene reason, we do not allow returns or exchanges." I then wrote there customer service a detailed message on the issues I was having and 1 week later they had still not wrote back so i wrote them another message thinking maybe it was looked over, but still no response.
People it has been forever and still not even a word of advise from them to resolve the problem
PLEASE be smart do not purchase there products, they obviously do not care about there customers
