(ShihTzu Breeder) Brenda Redell has a judgement against her for $500. She steals money from people looking for a puppy over the Internet

Shortly after giving Brenda Redell a non-refundable deposit PLUS $400 towards a puppy, I realized I was dealing with low-life fraud. She scammed me at every corner. I took her to court and I won the judgement. She still won't pay me MY money, so now it goes to a collection agency. Pretty convincing and profitable scam for "Whistling Wing".
