There are a numerous amount of property management companies out there, but Action takes the whole deal. This company is comprised of a very incompetent HR dept that cant pay on time, the right deductions and hires by practicing reverse discrimination on a regular basis.

West Ocean Towers in Long Beach, CA has been managed by a complete lunatic GM Bonnie Brose, with her accomplice Dan Determan a glorified handyman that she praises calling him a Cheif Engineer, Bruce Ratcliff Director, & Edye Jordan HR Director.
All of the named are people who havemade this company & property a hostile, deficient, unethical level of what they think is doing business. They all are liars, sneaks, backstabbers, thieves, and poor excuses of humans that have done such terrible things to staff and residents that it's only a matter of time that either justice or a life force will clean this kind of element from the property management industry. I am warning all to stay very away from this desease that need to be exterminated like the cockroaches they are.
