*Explanation To Whom it May Concern, Quantifed Marketing arrived at our new $2,500, 000.00 RUNT'S BBQ restaurant on 3/6/08 to perform consulting functions. They were supposed to spend the day@ our store and perform services per our agreement. They met with our manager that morning & after lunch as much as time would allow. They did speak with some of the waitstaff, and made a 5-10 stop in the kitchen after lunch. They went down the street to Bass Pro Shop and returned about 30-45 minutes later. Our manager had instructed them that I was going to be arriving around 5:30 - 6:00 to meet with them & provide the business information. They left the store at around 2:30 to check the surrounding area. They providied her with their contact numbers and asked her to contact them when I arrivied incase I arrived before they returned. This would be the last time that they were ever seen. I arrivied early around 5:20 & met one of the other owners & I attempted multiple times to make contact with Aaron & Kristin over the next 3 hours till about 8:30pm, they never responded back or answered our messages while @ the store. I arrived home around 9:30pm, Kristin called me, and her excuse was that Aaron was so good that he didn't need to spend as much time at our store as he once thought. I informed her that they most certainly could not have evaluated us without ANY finiancial, labor, COGS, processes, P&L, franchising, etc information. Kristin could only keep telling me how great Aaron was at doing this and that I would be impressed by his reports. I told her that any report he gave me at this point could not be accurate. Our attorney sent them a letter certified mail demanding a refund, unless they can provide us the information stated in our agreement (which is totally impossible based on the fact that I brought all this information to the meeting to which they never attempted or intended to attend) We have not had a response as of 4/25/08 to our refund request. People need to made aware of this company and NEVER, NEVER pay before you receive anything from QMG. Our next step was filing this complaint followed by further legal action till these issues are resolved. I would be glad to provide you any additional information you might need. *Explanation Quantified Marketing Group failed to provide any information stated per our agreement. Our group & our attorney feel strongly that without any operations information from OUR restaurant that any report that QMG might be able to generate would be grossly inaccurate. The only data & reports that QMG could provide us at this point would be essentially Cookie Cutter at best, because of the lack of information to substantiate their findings & reports. They informed us on 3/24/08 that they would glad to release our reports after we paid their travel. (If you do use QMG make sure you book travel they have very expensive taste on your dime) WE DO NOT SEEK THEIR REPORTS due to that there is absolutely no way they can be accurate. As of 4/25/08 QMG has not responded as to the status of our refund request
