Since November 28th I have been asking American Express to reverse the charges for services which were not rended to me and to investigate Premier Marketing Group for their charges of $6,500 submitted to AMX account against my will and immediate notification of AMX to reverse the charges.
As, according to the American Express Investigations, inspite of most recent development that Premier Markeing Group is being investigated by the States Attorney Office in Arizona and documentations which were send to AMX showing that Premier Marketing Group in fact has been investigated by the States Attorney Office.in the AMX most recent review of my claim to reverse the charges AMX states that 'the the terms and agreements are final " and there is nothing AMX can do inspite of presented documenation from State Attorney Office and many others clients who were ripoff by Premier Marketing Group to reverse the charges.
AMX refuses to accept the fact that, yes, I did enter into a contract with Premier Markeking Group, but the agreement was that Premier Marketing Group will provide services as it was agreeded upon. Howevere, Premier Marketing Group, did not provide these services, as it was stated in the "agreement", therefore I submitted my claim to AMX to reverse the charges and additionally I submitte States Attorney Office complaint and claim against Premier Marketing Group which was filed in the stae of Arizona on behalf of clients such as myself who were ripoff by Premier Marketin Group.
In spite of these new documents from the Staes Attorney Office and in AMX most resent documentations investigative report it shows that AMX "feel sorry and apologizes for any inconvenience that " this may cause me. This inconvinience amounts to the total of $ 6,500 paid by AMX against my advise and at least 3 x attempts on my part to review my case and finally even States Attorney Office in Arizone is not convincing enough for AMX to admit to the fact that they failed to investgate the PMG and allow for the reversal of the charges to take place due to the overwhelming evidence of fraud on the part of PMG Group.
It is sad state of affairs that AMX seems to me is still continuing on to do business with Premier Marketing Group or as I undrstand now they had changed their name, and has done nothing to protect peopel such as myself from internet fraud such as it was / is Premier Marketing Group. It is also sad that AMX states and insists inspite of States Attorney Office of Arizone reports about fraud conducted by Premier Marketing that AMX feel even today convinced that PMG " the merchant has provided supportive documentation".
I like to know where can I find these supportive documentations and I am sure that the States Attorney Office of Arizona seems to be looking for it as well. Noone can find it except AMX investigative team. It seems to me base on the most recent correspondence from the AMX, that AMX can help Premier Marketing Group to fight their case against the States Attorney Office of Arizona by providing on thier behalf that is PMG "suppoting documentation that services were rended someone like myself and many others like me and that States Attorney Office of Arizona is "trying to destroy PMG their good name".
