Vp9 business-v, took 3 14.95 charges out of my husbands checking account unauthorized. How do i get the money returned? Norwalk, connecticut nationwide internet

I was checking our checking accounts tonight and noticed there were 3 charges on may 27th that were taken out without our authorization. Each charge was 14.95. We are not members here and how did they take it out/how do i get our money back?
