Will not return my phone calls or emails

I ordered a wedding ring set from the company. I received it in a timely fashion (June 1st), but the rings do not fit my finger. So I wanted to exchange the rings for another ring that I saw on the site. I first emailed them (on June 2nd), but didnt get a response. Ive been calling them everyday since the day after I received the ring. All I get is a voice message, which puts me on hold, but no one ever answers my call.

After not getting any responses from them, and looking at their rating on the BBB website (which gave them a rating of "F"), Im so frustrated that I no longer want to exchange the item, I want a full refund. They say you have 30 days to return an item, but there is no one to answer my request. I wish I wouldve researched this company before doing business with them.
