Hey Derek! If you people want to lie, at least get your stories straight! I didn't just disappear. The Victim Witness DA's office and I kept in touch through this whole time. Your sidekick, Michael Moore made it perfectly clear that he was recieving monies seperate from my intial check for $2000. He knew this was all I was getting right from the get go. He also knew that this was for my living expenses not to move the furniture I had put in storage in Redding.

When the movers never showed up as promised on October 6, I left with a friend in my car with few belongings to secure my new home in Indiana. That is what the $2000 was for.
A week later I get a call from two truckers, David and Julio, who told me they were on their way from Sacramento to Redding to pick up my furniture.
Some of our worldly possessions we will never see again.
I made arrangements with my son-in-law and daughter there in Redding to meet them at the storage unit. Several days later, I get a call from a Cindy at "Admiral" in Denver stating my things were on their way to Indiana and "how was I going to pay?"
I told her to call Michael Moore in Florida because he said he was getting the money from the DA's office in Shasta County and that this was some kind of tax write off that he knew about.
Hmmmmm... She said she would. I never heard another thing, until I called Michael Moore and told him what was going on, my belongings never showed up and there were important documentation in there I deperately needed.
He said he wouldn't have my things sent until he spoke to someone at the DA's office and to have someone there call him.
I spoke to Brenda in the "Claims Department" and told her I felt my things were being held hostage and Michael Moore needed to speak with someone in her office.
She called him. She called me back and told me Michael Moore feels put out by my mentioning the furniture was being held hostage.
She then told me my check for the $2000 was there in Indiana, to pick it up and off the top send $200 to Michael Moore, who assured her my furniture and belongings will be sent to me.
I did, immediately through certified mail and still nothing. One morning, I recieve a call from some nasty foul woman named Candy from Admiral telling me my belongings were staying in Denver until I came up with $2056.10.
I called my sister in Oregon and gave her the number of the Admiral people, told her what was going on and that I would be on my way to Oregon.
When I arrived, my sister, confused and as shocked as I was said this rude woman told her that my stuff was crated and now the price is up to $2786.10.
I called the Victim Witness to find out what was going on and told them what was happening. They set up a meeting between the women I was in contact with, Joyce Gardner, Supervisor, Stephanie Lloyd, Victim Advocate, Brenda, Karen and Jenny from the Claims Department.
When they called back I was told they felt I had been scammed, they would not send Michael Moore any money and to get a lawyer.
I was contacted by an FBI agent there in Denver, who was trying to get to the bottom of this mess and see if he could put a hold on my belongings being auctioned off by this Candy person, who was threatening to do so if she didn't get her "damn money".
When I told him there were no signed contracts, that "I WAS BEING HUNG UP ON WHEN I ASKED FOR ONE", he told me it did look like a rip off... He took phone numbers for these two places in Florida and Colorado.
In the meantime, my son-in-law in Tennessee was calling Michael Moore who kept handing the phone to you, Dereck and calling Candy, who upset him very badly.
She dropped the price to $2100 and told him she wanted "her money" and for us to come get the furniture off of "her floor" or she would sell my belongings in a matter of days.
Police have been contacted in Redding, CA, Denver, Co and Florida... Lawyers in Washington DC with the Transporation have information from us.
I know you don't give a damn, everyone wants their money... Michael got the $200 fee he asked for, but lied to my son-in-law in Tennessee and said I never sent it...
Why am I sitting here with a signed reciept for the certified mail? Signed by a Harold Grey, at America's Moving Net, who in the hell is that, now?
Michael Moore, when I asked you for a signed contract by me or an invoice, you asked me if this was a "game"... I told you I wouldn't play games with thrirty four years of my life!!! Then you hung up on me!
Who is playing games, now? Was your company even aware of this pack of lies you told me? What did you do with your $200? I never once expect for this move of my furniture to be free. "You do this all the time, you get your money from the DA for the move of my furniture, this is a big tax write off for them... No one f - you out of your money!"
So, what happened? You "played games" with my family heritage! Candy in Denver wants her money, you knew I didn't have it.
You are responsible for this. You send Candy her damn money! Give my son and I our life back. I have very important things.
How much are baby pictures, documents going 50 years back, my father's ashes... How much is that worth in an auction, Michael Moore and Candy???
I already know from inside sources that alot of my belongings are broken, smashed, lost and God knows what else.
This is going to the Highest Court in the world... God's court... Mess with me on this and you are messing with Him... Touch anymore of my family's life in any damaging way or sell it, He will deal with you, I don't have to do a thing.
You made a big mistake lieing to someone who was in need of help... HOW CAN YOU LIVE WITH YOURSELVES??? Come out of hiding behind everyone else, Mr. Moore... Do the right thing!
