Ripoff deceptive company misrepresents & falsely advertises, NEVER ANSWERS EMAIL! Based

I rec'd UBE (unsolicited bulk email) from someone advertising RichMails.com. Thinking it too good to be true, I went to the website and read their Terms & Conditions, as well as their FAQ sections. Satisfied, I signed up.

RichMails.com is free to join. When you do, $100 sign-on bonus is added to your account. RichMails pays you a few cents for performing searches from their website and clicking on the links that pop up via search results.

You get paid a few cents for clicking on links in emails sent from RichMails.com advertising some company or business that pays them to advertise their company.

You get paid for referring people who join up. You are paid $25 per referral to three levels. Your account needs to have $350 in it before you can request payment made via PayPal.

I performed searches from their site but my account was never credited for it. I emailed them twice about that and didn't get an answer either time.

I had 42 referrals in my downline after two weeks, and at $25 a referral, thats over one thousand dollars. So I requested payment twice and got an answer saying only "You didn't read our terms and conditions carefully enough".

So I went back and re-read... What am I mistaking from reading the direct quote: "Members may earn by referring new members to the RichMails program, The referral payment will be assessed when the referrals reach the minimum payment requested and cash out. Members will earn $25 per direct referral, $25 per indirect referral, and $25 per 3rd level referral. Members will be paid via PayPal. RichMails will pay members when their balance reaches $350 and they request payment."

So I wrote to them again requesting they explain what they mean because I surely don't get it, and I don't get an answer. I write again. Nothing. I write again and threaten that I will report them for misrepresenting and falsely advertising their company. Nothing. I went on PayPal and sent numerous payment request, so far all have gone ignored.

I checked my account every day to see how my leads were going. I checked on monday and I had 42 leads in there. I checked tuesday and I have FIVE. 5 leads. They deleted 37 of my leads overnight with no explanation. So I wrote and asked why. NOTHING.

On top of that, in RichMails rules, members have to agree to receive no more than one email from RichMails.com a day from their advertisers. I receive about four a day, average.

So, I filed a complaint with the FTC and then sent an email to RichMails making them aware of that fact. Within 5 minutes I had a reply in my mailbox from RichMails telling me that they didn't know what I was talking about.

I sent about 10 emails to RichMails total and was only answered twice. Once telling me I misread the rules, and the other time playing dumb like they didn't get my other 8 emails asking for help, payment, and explanation.

FTC wrote me back telling me they don't handle individual problems, they investigate to see if others have been ripped off as well, then they'll do something if its more than just me.

So, if anyone out there has tried RichMails.com and been ignored, fallen victim to their shady dealings and treated unfairly, PLEASE let the FTC know!!! Copy and paste the following link into your browser to file a complaint with the FTC: https://rn. Ftc. Gov/dod/wsolcq$. Startup? Z_ORG_CODE=PU01

Even though RichMails is free to join, they still make promises to pay their members. The members after all bring in other members to look at RichMails advertisers.

They tricked me into thinking that by bringing people to their site I would be compensated.instead they took those people, indirectly told me to SCREW, and continue to email them.

BEWARE OF RICHMAILS.com!!! Oh, and no where do they have an address or phone number to contact them, so your only chance to get an answer is email and good luck to that!!!
