Pre payed for incorp services in 23 Jan. Corporation was never registered. Refund promised but never given. However after a year they have the courage to send me an invoice for registered agent fees. Note: Entity was never incorporated, service was cancelled 3 months later after the order was placed
They don't answer to e-mails, they don't return phone calls. I called account executive in charge Cecilia Padilla several times, but she never returned my phone call.
On Date: Tue, 2 Oct 19:16: 24 -0700 i received an e-mail from Gayle Glauges promising a refund of: $172, but it was never received.
Their Agreement specifies the refund minus the $75, which I was OK with, but still after a year it did not happen. FTC complaints are next
