Began working for Sylvester, (who has been dead for 20 years) Oppenheim & Linde officially March 1. I was terminated on October but was never notified. I refused to have sex with with Mr. Oppenehiem, and my Payroll Check didn't make it into my account.
Then, this Attorney called Blue Cross, October 15 and backdated my termination date 15 days to vengefully leave me with thousands of dollars of Medical Bills during the two week period. The company refused to provide me with paycheck stubs or W-2's. I couldn't file taxes and Mr Oppenheim admitted he had been throwing my paycheck stubs away. He said "I didn't Think you would want them."
Mr. Oppenheim told his staff that I stole from him, insuring lack of trust from the company. If I called they were instructed to hang up on me. Then, as if this wasn't bad enough: he charged back American Express EVERY BUSINESS expense the company originally paid for-going back an entire year.
The Company Cell Phone and Wireless Web for Laptop-and all the early temination fees that are assessed if all charges are reversed-and American Express knew what was happening. These Legal Worms stole thousands of dollars. Richard called me and asked me to call him back and filed a harassment report with the police for CALLING HIM BACK. He bought a Laptop and filed a Stolen Identity Report with HSB. Of course all charges claimed by this man and his company have been investigated and found FALSE. But, my credit was hit. Nice way to find out.
Frustrated, he reported my car Stolen. The CAR WAS MINE and paid for with my own money and have receipts. He locked me out of the Honda Finance Account and had me falsely arrested. The District Attorney found there to be NO CRIME-and my car was gone-BECAUSE he's and ATTORNEY who lies for money.
This company is ruthless and ruined my life, to the best of their ability. They took my car, my credit, my reputation and never paid me for the actual hours I worked. They still owe me over $50,000.
Sylvester, Oppenheim and Linde are CROOKS and they represent Schools and Insurance companies. How disgusting is that! Sexual Harassment?
