Anthony Oppenheim (aka Anthony White, Peter White, Athony Tobin) and Al Dublin (aka Al Dobbins, Al Isaac) not only use alias names for themselves, but they also use alias UNREGISTERED business names such as Pinnacle Capital, Luxenbourge Holdings or Luxenbourg Holdings, HQ, Anglo American Investments, and more...
They make you believe they are going to fund you, then request that you wire them money to some odd named account. Anthony Oppenheim has an Australian (he claims S. African) accent, and his partner Al is his side kick who stresses that YOU must pay for all their expenses including money to set up an offshore account for yourself. They also ask that your company be governed by another country (such as Luxenbourge) so that it makes it difficult to sue them.
These guys are currently working out of the "Pinnacle Building" (which has nothing to do with their business), in Atlanta Georgia. They are on the 5th floor, and the building manager has confirmed their names to be Anthony Oppenheim and Al Dublin. Why do they use fake names, because they are frauds? Why do they use unregistered business names? Because it makes it difficult to find them or sue them. Anthony also claims to be partners in a restaurant in Atlanta called Chopstix, on Roswell Road, in Atlanta (he eats their often).

People like this, give venture capitalists a bad name. They tell you want you want to hear, and will lie until they are green in the face. I wasted airfare and traveling expenses, attorney fees, and precious time on these frauds.
We should file a joint action suit with the Atlanta Distrct Attorney against these guys. I would love for a judge to see all the evidence against these guys in court. Judy, email me soon.
