My son-who was 5 at the time of the incident-used to ride a school bus driven by Yvonne Sylvester who is an employee of Cobb County Schools. Late October Yvonne Sylvester (she doesn't deserve to called Ms/Miss/Mrs) called me & stated that my son had shown his "private parts" (her words) on the bus. She said this was something she was told by other kids on the bus & that he had done it twice. I didn't believe her as this did NOT sound like something my son would do. She said she had to report it because she was required to do so by law. The vice principal of my son's school reviewed the bus tape & interviewed the kids who had "witnessed" the incident. Well guess what?! The kids didn't say they had seen my son's penis & the tape revealed NOTHING! My son had not done what Yvonne Sylvester accused him of. During this time I also spoke to her boss & what my son was accused of isn't an offense the district would fire her for! That's right Yvonne Sylvester was not disciplined, written up NOTHING! She is still driving kids around! I WILL NOT put my son back on the bus with that woman & if you have a child on that bus I would remove them from it ASAP! There is no telling what she will accuse any child of.
