In early January I had a back problem; just couldn't get up with the excruciating painso I had to go to the hospital in an ambulance.
It is now the end of May and my bills are still not paid. They refuse to pay the hospital and other bills that I have submitted more than once. I keep getting forms to send back asking for how, when and where the "accident" took place, if it is work related (no) over and over. More than one form letter was sent back to me stating the charges were incurred after my termination date. I was never terminated. So I would send them back or call trying to correct the situation and was told someone messed up. I am so frustrated. This is a new health plan which the company switched to in Dec./Jan. 2008. I never had a problem with the previous health plan. Today I received a bill from the ambulance service stating they submitted the claim and still haven't been paid. I am at my wits end. I think SRC purposely denies and stalls to discourage you. I pay them out of my earnings every week and they should do what they are paid to do.
