I purchased a pair of headphones from the store, and after two days, they went bad. The store's return policy states they will accept exchanges for the same item within a year even if opened. Yet, the store manager will not follow the store's policy and repeatedly was vehement, disrespectful, and absolutely rude. The Columbia Bookstore is has disgusting service and continues to rip off students and other customers with their deceptive policies and horrible service.
