I signed up for online services and then I called to verify the account information and what there fees and thing were based on. They told me that the price you see online is what you would have to pay. The one box was $9.87 and the other one was $12.78. So I let it go through. I pay once a month for all the shipments. So at the end of the month I signed online to pay the bill and it said I owed around $82.00. I called them as soon as I could. I asked them what is going on. They told me that they wouldn't change it because I couldn't prove it. I said please let me talk to your superviser they told me no he was busy. I said I will wait. I waited and waited. I was on hold for over 45 minutes and then they picked up the phone and hung it up. So nothing had been accomplished.
So they called me about 2 weeks later and started it all over. I told the guy I talked to that I wasn't going to pay that. It was crazy. You can use USPS for a LOT cheaper then what you could us DHL for. Then today I recieved a phone call from a collections place. For $82.00 plus.
So I called DHL yet again talked to 2 different people. They just gave me more of a run around. I called the collections office yet again and they said that They would send me a letter in the mail for $42.44 to end this. I think it is crazy having to pay double the price. DHL wanted 4 times what is owed. The collection people said you do know if you pay the lower price you will not be able to use DHL again. Trust me that will NEVER happen ever again. USPS or FEDEX will be all that I use in the future.
I believe that DHL are conartist and they don't care whos life they try to ruin. Please if you are thinking about using DHL please DON'T run the other direction.
