Horrible Experience. Ordered advertised arrangement for birthday. Never arrived. Called customer "no service" and was "told" they tried to contact me... They didn't. They offered to send out an upgraded arrangement with a note of apology. I was happy at this point. The new arrangement never arrived and now I am disputing the charge on my ACC. Avoid this company at all costs!
