There are other similar reports about this company, so I'll be brief. They're a ripoff. They are not native english speakers, and that's how your resume comes out. They are good with Word so you'll get some interesting format choices, but the writing is 3rd grade. They'll keep doing revisions for you, but it doesn't get any better. I have better things to do then chase these clowns for $125, so I can't speak to the refund experience. That's probably what they hope. But as per the other reports, these folks are useless - STAY AWAY.interestingly as I write this (5/16/08), their site is down.
