No response and Fake phone numbe

I ordered a gift for my Mom for Mother's Day. I ordered it on May 01, plenty of time for what this company's says is 3 day shipping. Now it is May 15. I have sent them several e-mails to no response and the phone number they have on there website is bogus.
I am very upset. I could not be with my Mother on Mother's day, so I thought I sent something.
