Steel Dreams WA is an unprofessional and inept company. I called and spoke with Kevin April 29th to confirm a shipping price on an exact part, which he confirmed would have no shipping cost, since anything over $100 comes with free shipping. However, since there is always an exclusion, I called to be sure this would not be the case. I was given a greenlight, ordered the product 2 days later, then waited 11 DAYS for any response. Tony, from Steel Dreams, emailed that there would be a $120.06 SHIPPING CHARGE!!! Unbelievable! I emailed back that this was completely unacceptable, explained the situation, waited until the next day, and when I had received no response, I again called them. Tony hadn't even looked thru his emails, (hmmm... Not probable) but once he did, he said he would speak with his boss, but it was unlikely they would eat the shipping cost. I called back, and Tony said the boss said no way. They didn't even speak with Kevin... Then on top of this, they took 2 more days before they initiated the return charge on my credit card... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! I encourage any and every one to call them and let them know how they have no idea how to be professional and honorable businessmen and women...
