I purchased a reusable plastic dog whelping bed from this company on ebay. I paid for it immediately with paypal.

After a month I emailed to get shipping update. They replied saying they would check into it. I then emailed again stating I wanted a shipping company information and tracking number. They replied saying it was lost in shipping and they were shipping me another one.

I waited a further month with no avail. I then filed complaint with ebay to find out you only have 45 days to complain and i had past that deadline. I then emailed again asking for my whelping box, they apologized and said it would be shipped first thing the next morning.

It has been over 6 months and I have not received anything to date! Steel city whelping boxes ripped me off!!
