Now that I've pre-paid my entire tile purchase and installation in advance, 6 weeks later my bathroom is ripped apart, they have made 5 botched attempts, haven't ordered the right tile, and the installation is wrong so there are big gaps in the tile and tub enclosure. And, I cannot get a call back from anyone to address this situation. We have been working with them for 6 weeks trying to get them to order the right materials. This is particularly infuriating because we had to pay the $4500 in advance which means we have little recourse except to dispute the charges with the credit card company.
