Scott Kennedy, Scott Ely/Decision 1 Homesavers/ProjecthopeStopforeclosure2008 foreclosure prevention scam, foreclosure assistance scam, loss mitigation specialist scam

Please do not give any money to Scott Kennedy aka Scott Ely or any of his Regional Managers such as Tom McCormick. They promise to set you up with all kinds of free leads and training - when all they want from you is $988. The training consists of lame webinars telling you to start buying leads and then do a spreadsheet and collect the foreclosure prevention fee from these poor people who are down and out facing losing their homes.

In turn, out of the $1225 fee, he is to pay you $700 and the other $525 goes to his processors. What he fails to tell you is that he keeps the whole $1225 for himself. He has a select group of followers similar to a cult that actually do make money because they also recruit and keep a portion of the $988. They had a good thing going, until they stopped paying the people that they signed up to do the loss mitigation leads.

I don't know how this scam artist and his flunkies are still doing business as there are hundreds of us who have filed complaints with our credit card companies. If you've been a victim of these people, email Brian Mitchell with your story so we can assemble a class action suit.

I personally know Brian Mitchell and he is not a convicted felon like the rebuttal on his complaint accused. If you notice, the rebuttal on the original complaint was afraid to use their real name and put Brian Mitchell down for their name. We know it's either Scott or one of his henchmen/women.

Don't pay him a dime! He started out as a nice guy, but that's all part of his act to get your $988. He is not true to his word and won't give you anything except a receipt.

There are other good companies out there who do truly pay their loss mitigation specialists and do help the people in foreclosure.
