Without any authorization, they are taking $39.95 out of our checking account, our bank said that Time Warner or some phone service may have sold our account information to these people so they can access our account. Florida

I have tried to cancel this service for 2 months... I cannot seem to get through and they do not return calls

My bank said that the transaction shows a POS which means it is possible that our phone service may have sold our account to these people, we have Time Warner in Rochester, New York.

I will be writing a letter if I can find an address, but so far no address, which is the only way the bank can stop these deductions from our account.
