This is absolutley the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I buy online items almost every day and have never come across a company that was this blatently unconcerned for customer service. I should have known something was up when they would only accept personal checks or money orders, no matter what the website says, after you order they say "the only payments options for this order are personal check or money order" Also there isnt a phone number to call, only an address and an email address. I gave the benefit of the doubt since the site said it was a family owned company, I thought maybe they were a small company. I will NEVER make that mistake again. I ordered items for a little girls birtday party on April 1st and sent the check the next day. Now I live in Florida but I know it doesn't take 20 days for a check to go from Florida to California. After numerous attempts through email for someone to respond to me to give me shipping information with no response, I finally decided I better stop payment on the check.
Well surprise surprise the check had already been cashed. I then sent an email on April 21st letting them know that my bank said they already cashed the check so I would like to know when the shipment would be sent out. (The party was on May 2nd) They sent an email back stating they were awating clear payment. Email was very unprofessional with no greeting, no signature, no contact info. I told them obviously the payment had cleared since they cashed the check. I then told them through 9 NINE emails that I really needed this shipment by Friday May 2nd to be in time for my party and since it was 9 days before my party I decided to just pay shipping myself. For the next week I sent them my Fedex number along with the phone number to call Fedex to pick it up AT NO CHARGE TO THEM just so I could have my order in time for the party. NO RESPONSE until finally i get this response - (by the way the spelling and grammar errors are really how this email came to me from this "professional company"
Hello, Again we have requested FedEx information from you an have not hear anything with regards to your information. WE need your account number for FedEx we already have your address (accounr number NEEDED). Thank you.
What are you, kidding me??? That was on April 29th. Still, I RE-SENT the fedex info even though it was right there on the bottom of the email they replied to. REAL geniuses!!! So, you think they sent it out on that day, or the next or the next? NO, they sent it out on the DAY OF MY PARTY, Friday, so it arrived on Monday. And I NEVER recieved another response from them. I tried to contact them regarding a refund to no avail.in short this company is shady and has absolutely NO regard for thier customers. DO NOT order from this company!!! Or you too will find yourself duped.
