Still has not been resolved, company claims I never tried to get in touch with them, hogwash., And Farmers Branch, Texas

Help, still being harassed, canot send items back, been trying since Dec. it is now May. I do not want to pay for something that I do not want, company sent my credit card company a bullshit letter saying I never tried to contact them. What a load of crap. Help, I can;t take this much longer.
