I purchased a big screen TV from best buy online after seeing it in the store. I do a lot of purchasing on the internet due to the fact that I don't have a lot of spare time to spend shopping. After making my purchase, i saw the exact same tv for $300 less, I wrote to best buy to find out how I would claim their low price guarentee only to be told they refuse to honor it because I made my purchase through their websight. They seem to be saying that internet customers aren't as important as in store customers.
I will never shop at best buy again, and hopefully this will save someone else the aggravation I went through.
