I got an e-mail from these ppl and figured I would give their 1.95 trial a try. I was supposed to get 14 days for 1.95 and then if I chose to continue or didn't call in and cancel it would be 49.95 a month to continue using them. I signed up and never recieved an e-mail from these ppl with my username and password. So I could not log in to the site. Never used the site ata ll.
However today, I get a big surprise when 49.95 is missing from my bank account and guess who took it out? Hollywood Profiles. They say what they are doing is legal because it says in their terms that they do not do refunds. But they never provided the username and password for me to log in. When I called in the girl had to search 3 different databases. I ended up getting hung up on twice. Yes I was rude as hell to them. Who wouldn't be. They wanted to talk to me like I was stupid, so I showed them how stupid they are. I am filing a complaint with my bank as soon as the charge clears. Do not use this "company". They are crooks.
