I signed up for hollywood profiles got a confimation over the phone saying i would recieve a package in the mail to set account up. I never recieved it so i called a few weeks later to give time to send and the person i spoke to tim #7012 said sorry but i will resend the gift cards and we are no longer doing the package by mail and that i would not be charged for that month that i was calling about (april), that i would have 30 days to review my account and charged on the 24th of may.
Now im being told it was not said and i had two weeks to view account with no paperwork to set it up. How can i review it so when i had called and he told me these thing we set it up together and he said i would not be charged, if i was being charged why didnt he tell me i was already charged for the month when setting up profile. So i have called aaa and waiting for a phone call.
Then i spoke to a ryan who was trying to tell me the same thing over and over again and was going to connect me (cause i got hung up on the first time i called) with on duty manager tohear my recorded call, i ended up getting transfered to a voicemail. I called back then was told i could not hear it without a 3 way call through my bank. Then why was i connected the first time to hear it im pissed
