Ctrueantiques accepted my offer & cashed my Paypal payment on April 2 -then went on Spring Vacation with the family for a week BEFORE they bothered to ship. When I finally received my package, I found that they had shipped a much lower value completely different item. I nicely emailed Ctrueantiques immediately and included a photo of what I had received to help them figure out who had what. Several days later, Ctrueantiques contacted me and a Cindy Johnston Rivers there said she had figured out who had my item and who's item I had. She said the other buyer needed their item that I had ASAP as it was a gift and if I would please please send it to her other customer & help her out. She reassured me that I would be reimbursed immediately. Cindy also said that other buyer had refused "my" package since the other buyer had been told it wasn't what she ordered. It was unclear when I would receive my item. I told Cindy @ Ctrueantiques that I just wanted her to refund me for my shipping expenses (sending HER vase to her customer) and my money for the item I didn't receive. I told her that once she had what I had intended to buy back in her possession and had made sure it was in perfect order, that she could contact me and I would then be happy going forward. Cindy agreed. Well, stupid me... So I shipped the other person's item to them, paying $11, and now the Cindy of Ctrueantiques says she won't refund any money to me; NOT my $11 or the $114.65 for the vase that I bought either. Her story is changing by the day, but now she has turned HER shipping mistake into the post office's fault. It has been over 3 weeks and I finally had to get started with a Paypal dispute because Cindy Johnston Rivers of Ctrueantiques has no timeline for me getting my money back. I have not left her/them a negative yet and have tried to be nice through this whole thing. I'm really disgusted!
