The USPS in Walnut, CA 91789 is horrible. Had an issue with not receiving mail due to not requesting them to hold mail so they started forwarding and cancelling our mail. Went to Bruce, the Postmaster, had to fill out forms, however, nothing had changed. Still did not receive mail.
After seeing the mailman and complaining to him about our situation, we finally started getting our mail after a year and half.
We still were not receiving some mail (after contacting companies and requesting them to resend bills/statements). Went in again after the 5th time and Bruce had a horrible attitude, and kept on blaming us for not picking up our mail. Not picking up our mail is one thing, but after many requests to continue the mail and having me fill out useless forms is not a way to punish us.
