I needed a huge pine tree and maple tree cut down. I asked for estimate and they seemed reasonable, it would be $1400 for both and a small pine tree in front. Made it very clear to them that I wanted the huge pine tree cut first because it was so close to the house, but they started with the first one and left it done half way. They asked for 1/2 the deposit which I sent because they did 1/2 the job. Then came back asked for more money and cut down a small portion they never came back to finish cutting the tree. There was a huge trunk about 13 feet tall sitting on my front yard and it looked horrible. They did not cut the big one I wanted. I called at least 100 times and left numerous messages an they never returned my call. Then the number got disconnected and there was no physical address. Very poor workmanship and took the money anyway.
