We send our directv payment via money order. The first time it wasn't recieved until 3 months after we sent it. The second time it was recieved 6 months later. The third time it was not recieved at all. I am so angry that this happened. I had to pay a 200 dollar fee for letting my service lapse, even though I had sent the payment. Even after they recieved the payment, they verified that I had sent it on time and they still didn't refund me my 200 dollars. I now have to pay with a credit card just to make sure that they get my payment.
