Charges were made to my Home Depot Master Card for services not honored and incorrect merchandise ordered. The store was unable to and deliver ordered merchandise as promised. After numerous discussions with the store manager Ross Hardley and their inability to provide ordered item as promised. Home depot WAS to refund/credit back my account. I was both promised and assured that my account would be corrected. "Ross Hardley assured me that my account would be corrected for the UNAUTHORIZED charge to this account in the amount of $2,704.73. To this day this still has not happened. I have disputed this account numerous times the account was corrected once. Than months later my account was again charged the amount of $2,704.73. I again filed a dispute, filed fraudilant charges and closed this account down. This amount was to be investigated and removed from my account, Now I am having to address this issue with Citibank. I addressed this issue with them and submitted all required documentation for them to conduct a proper investigation. Now I am getting the run around from both Citibank and Home Depot. Both are stating I need to contact the other to resolve due to time past. I have notified both parties as soon as the charge appeared on my account. I have repoted this item to the Fair Credit Adgency, Better Business Bureau and the Comptroller of the Currency. And I am requesting these unlawful and unauthorized charges of $2,704.73 be removed and my this acconnt corrected and closed. I want and will do no futher business with this merchant.
