Covenant transport not only made my life miserable while my husband and i worked for them but they're still doing it. You can't imagine my surprise when i received a bill from a collection agency saying i owe them money. For a flat tire, mine you, on a trailer that they own. We haven't worked for this company in 2 years. I went to pick up a load in la mirada, ca. And when we got there the trailer was already loaded and had a flat tire that was so bad it had to be replaced. But covenant wanted us to move the trailer 10 or so miles down the highway to have it fixed at their shop. Folks, the trailer was leaning and couldn't be moved. And a road service had to come out and replace the tire. Now they want us pay for it. This company will do anything to get a dollar out of you. I had the collection agency send me all the papers that pertain to this charge and guess what the charge back report was never approved by their safety dept. Or their payroll dept. But try to talk to anybody in covenant, they can't tell you a thing about it. And "please!" don't try to get any help, because nobody knows anything. I wouldn't let my dog work for these people and would never recommend anyone to work for them.
