I placed my order on line, wondering all the way through the process what the s/h would be. Got all 3 sets w/the extra large lid too! Didn't tell me until the very end - after it had been submitted ($52.65 s/h). Of course it was a weekend and they are not opened then. Being busy as most are, I forgot to call on Mon. And within a week or so, the whole ordr arrived. I was astounded at the cost of the s/h and then to return, you only get back the original $30. I decided to make the best of it and really try these things. The first one would not stay tight when put in the refrigerator and then the next one, when I pushed down on the plastic as instructed, the whole thing came out of the ring. They offered to and did replace it, but at first told me to mail the damaged one back. Naturally with the postage originally paid, I objected and they kindly did me a courtesy!!! Well the best that they can be used for is maybe an embroidery hoop! Another factor - the lids were packaged in light weight sealed plastic bags.in all, the total weight was around 3 pounds and to mail from the originating zip code to my would cost less than $5. How do they get away with it. I never got to contact the BBB and Attorney General as I told them I would since I was adjusting to a new position and didn't have the time. Not sure if it is too late, but outfits like this need to be stopped..
