The Cleaning Authority - JR Cleaning Solutions - Robert And Jolanda Solecki
Pay Ripoffs, Un-Professional, Employee's are treated with no respect, Lots of lies

Let start from the beginning, I was hired at the end of January. I worked with them 'till mid March.in my interview I was told that the Base pay is $7.00/hr with a bonus pay of three dollars extra * (1) For Attendance * (2) No Customer Complaints * (3) Cost of time allotted per house/building met.
Drive time was not explained to me until I read the Policies and Procedures Manuel, although I was told that I would be reimbursed. 25 cents per mile.

My training was not explained well either, Robert told me that I would be paid the base pay ($7.00/hr) until I go out and clean houses. Well, I only spent one day at the office video training and the rest of the week I cleaned houses.

When I got my first check I got paid for BASE pay the whole week! I was wasn't really angry about that but I told them they should explain that a little better in the interview. Several other new employees were tricked with that same gimmick. They made the mistake of having me train some of the new girls and when I told them that they were working for the base pay on the first week they too said that they did not know that because that's not what Robert or Jolanda led them to believe. Some of the girls quit that day. (Needless to say they didn't assign new people with me anymore! Lol)
I also found out that I'm not suppose to train new people that what Trainer's are for and they get paid a Trainer's Pay! RIPOFF!

I was also promised 35-40hrs a week, I never worked that many hours the whole time I work with them!

I was 5 month pregnant when I was hired with Cleaning Authority, I told them I have appointments, I let them know about ahead of time like I was suppose too. One day I had an unexpected appointment that I could not change. I called Jolanda that night and let her know that I have an Doctors appointment the next day that I cannot avoid. She said OK. When I got my check for that week my pay was docked $21.52 ANOTHER RIPPOFF!

This is the best part I think. I continued to work for them because I only have a couple of months to go before my baby is due. One weekend some very strong pains started in my chest right underneath my breast. I laid in bed most of that weekend because it hurt me to move. I called Jolanda Monday morning to let her know that I could not come into work. I went to the Hospital and they found out that I have a broken rib that did not heal from a previous incident and it was puncturing my lung. I was hospitalized for a week and I didn't call Jolanda because My baby's and I lives were at stake here. When I got home finally, I was ordered to stay in the bed. I had my Husband return the shirts and let them know what was going on. Well, they were not there so he just let the shirts at the door. Needless to say I was not reimbursed for the shirts! $20.00 YET ANOTHER RIPOFF!

My last check was cut tremendously, keep in mind, I worked the whole week with no appointments, no complaints, good attendance, and the jobs were completed on time.

They figured that because they couldn't get a hold of me that I was a 'no show' and they cut my pay.instead of being paid $10.00/hr they cut it to $7.00/hr for the whole week that I worked before all my health problems started. A total of $85.50 BIG RIPOFF!

Now you have heard my story, and there is still a whole lot more but it's just to much. I hope this infomation was helpful you in your inquiry.

Thanks.
