Comcast had disconected my service by mistake, I contacted them about it and they told me it was a mistake on their part and would have someone come out hook it back on the pole where they disconnected it by the afternoon. When I called them 2 days later they tell me that they can't can't put to my place till the next week, so now I'm without cable for a week. I also have tried to get them come out to bar and upgrade my service but it seems I can't even a returned phone call from on that issue. I mean really how hard is it for some to screw a wire back into a socket on the pole outside. I think I may just go ahead and change service like most of my friends and family did.
