Non payment for Notarial Services

I was called by Scott from this company and asked to accept a notary signing.
The confirmation and documents were sent by the lending company.

I have called this Steve 6 times and the voice mail is always full.

I called the Lending company and they will not provide any information to me. I know they have to have it as they paid him. I don't know if they are running a scam or if he is truly not an employee of theirs.
