Consumer fraud ripoff

Two and a half years ago I got an email from NCRC, Inc offering to help me consolidate my bills. I contacted them and was put on a program to help me pay off my bills in 5 years with a reduced interest rate on 4 of my existing credit cards accounts. I began to pay $172.00 per month.

I have now paid 29 payments. Nearly $5000. To them and all of the credit card totals are higher than they were when I went on the program. I now realize that when the 5 years is up I will still be obligated to all of these credit card accounts to pay off the existing balances... So I have thrown away $5000.00.

This is a terrible fraud and something needs to be done to protect consumers.

Ripoff, We have not heard back from them since cancelling the contract except a letter from ncrc stating our November payment had been missed!
