On December I cashed in 5,625 points. My rewards should have been a debit card for $110.00 in January I received the card to my dismay I only had it for $50.00 not the $110.00 I was suppose to receive. I call them and email them since January they continuously say wait 3 to 4 weeks this has been told to us since January and today April 3 to no avail. I keep emailing them to send me the remaining $60.00 but nothing. They even admit it was their mistake and that they will investigate. But still nothing.
