Calls about magazine subscription renewal when I never even ordered any!

So a couple of days ago, a lady calls me from this company, saying that I owe money because my magazine subscription ended and I need to renew it. I told her that I do not wish to renew this subscription because I never even subscribed to it the first place. She was like all quiet, like if she was annoyed, then told me "ok, that's totally fine" and we hung up.

A day or two later, another lady calls me and tells me the same thing, that I need to renew the subscription. I was like, I never ordered from you guys, so I do not wish to continue the subscription! Then she said okay and we hung up.

Today, yet another lady calls me with a private number (how suspicious!) and tells me the same thing over again. This time, I am definitely irritated, so I raised my voice and said, "tell me which magazines I subscribed to! Because I have never subscribed magazines from you guys! People from your company called me a few times already and I said no!" Then she tells me, "No, mam. You cannot do that. We gave you a seventy something (i forgot, it was ike 75 or something) hours or warning already. You cannot do that."

By then, I am mad. I told her, "Tell me which magazines I have subscribed to!" and she tells me, "Woman's Magazine and Home Journal." I'm thinking, I'm a sudent, why do heck would I be reading Home Journal and Woman's Magazine, whatever they are! So I told her this, "I have never subscribed to these magazines!" Then the call ends.

Right after I told her that I never subscribed to such magazines, she hung up on me!

What the! So, I called back the number that was saved on my cell phone from the previous calls (since today's was a private call). Nobody picks up. A machine picks up and says something like "if you are calling because you saw our number on your call list, please press 1." So I did. Then it says something like "If you would like to hear about our special offers (regarding magazines) please press 1." I pressed 3 because it said that 3 was for taking my number off of their calling list.

Judging from the other complaints I read about them, they will probably continue to call me either way. The next time they call me, I'll be ready to ask them questions and demand an answer!

If any of you out there have experienced similar problems with this company! Don't be shy! Please voice our your complaints!

Thank you.
