Scam artist, shady, unjustified, jerk, and inexcusable, this describes Chris Colaluca and his so-called legit company The Capital Group Inc. I've read these articles that others have written about Chris as I was employed there. The funny thing about it, I could not object to anything that was written about him nor about the Company. Working for Chris usually did not affect me until one incident where my paycheck bounced on me! That bastard didn't even have the nerve to give me the $35 dollars that the bank had charged me because of the insufficient funds in his account. Now, I no longer want to watch while young, innocent and educated adults are being taken for granted. Should I tell you how the hiring process starts?
Well firstly, Chris does not even look at the resumes that are sent to the company. A girl with no bachelor's degree browses through the resume just to find the person's NAME, and contact NUMBER. Nothing else to it. Even I, myself, browsed through the resume looking for those two items and I myself am still going to school working on my own bachelors degree. Those resumes that I did read, the people were really education, but that would not get you employed at The Capital Group Inc. You had to be "nave" in order to get hired.
Those who do work there, work from 9am in the morning till 11pm at night. No place for employment for someone with a bachelors degree seeking to make more than just peanuts or at least even the minimum wage. Those who worked there get paid lets say $10-20 per lead. Leads, are basically a sheet of paper with a local residences address and phone number. I still don't understand how it works. It all just didn't make since. But anyway, at the most, some were only make $150-$250 A WEEK. I know, I saw the payroll. Then there were those who were in DEBT with Chris. How can you be in debt while trying to make money? Well, if a sale did not go through, you had to give that money back from your previous paycheck. No security, no protection, you just have to hope that the sell went through.
Then there were those who got some common sense in their heads and realized it was time to leave. When they called back to ask for their last paychecks, Chris was jerk about it. He is greedy. One of the 7 deadly sins that he possess. I doubt that any of them saw their last paycheck. I myself, still have not seen my last check, but again, I doubt that I will see it.
Even the last administrative assistant that quit experienced the dishonesty of Chris. He took $200 out of her paycheck, even though she had a fixed salary. He said that because the Friday was a holiday she shouldn't get paid. But what about the following Saturday, Sunday that she had worked overtime. Nope. It doesn't matter to Chris.
He also sexually harasses girls. Once he had some playboy magazines located in his desk that he gave to a female employee saying that she should look at them. Chris always makes derogatory comments about interviewees after they leave. He treats people like they are beneath him, with no respect at all. He's a fat, lazy, lethargic dog.
Also, he pays people underneath the table. So simply meaning, they are not on payroll. So if you ever find yourself applying for this company and someone asking you to set up a interview, expect yourself working day till night by advertising door-to-door and going to different business approaching customers and asking them to buy crap.
Also a lot of these employees have to travel hours at a day. But do they ever see any gas money, reimbursement or compensation? I'll let you answer that question.
That piece of lard, Chris Colaluca needs a good kick in the butt for taking people for granted. That fool makes almost $300,000 a year and everyone else around him makes peanuts. His account is getting all the money, while others are stuck with debt.
Also, some of the people who work there don't even have the right of employment in the United States. They have no documentation to work. Now, now, now, does that sound like an environment for honorable citizens? Trust me, I am no better for working there during my time. I was nave and foolish, but now you know that Chris needs to be brought to justice.
